HANGÝ HAZÝNE DAHA DEÐERLÝ: YERALTI MI, YER ÜSTÜ MÜ?

Allah adaletinin gereði her millete yer altýnda belli hazineler verdiði gibi; yer üstündeki “özel yetenekli” diye isimlendirdiðimiz insanlardan oluþan hazineler verir.

Hz. Âdem’i “insan” yapan ona esmanýn anlamýnýn öðretilmesidir.

Dolayýsýyla “aday insan” beþeri “insan” yapan temel faktör; öncelikle taze, güncel ve doðru bilgiye sahip olmasýdýr ve bunu sürekli yenilemesi ve güncelleyebilmesidir.

Ontoloji (varlýk) epistemoloji (bilgi) temeli üzerine oturur.

Arýya kraliçe, karýncaya yasup veren Allah milletlere de “üstün yetenekli” insanlar vermiþtir.

Mesele; o “üstün yetenekli” çocuklarýn tespiti ve özel kurumlarda, özel þartlarda, özel ihtimamla ve özel insanlarca eðitilmesi, yetiþtirilmesidir.

Osmanlý Devleti güçlü olduðu dönemde Þeyh Edebali’nin vasiyetine uyarak sistemi 2 sýnýf deli üzerinde yükseltti.

  1. Sýnýf deliler: Zekâsý 120 üzeri olan erkekleri Enderun’da, kadýnlarý Harem’de eðiterek devleti (siyasiye-kalemiye-seyfiye-askeriye) onlarla idare etti.
  2. Sýnýf deliler: Zekâsý 60 altý olanlarý “deliler taburu” nda eðiterek onlarýn fiziki gücünden ve korkusuzluðundan istifade etti. Meþhur “Osmanlý Tokatý” sahibi insanlar bu delilerdi. Giydikleri kýyafetler ve farklý silahlarý ile düþman ordularýnýn en çok korktuðu gruptu “deliler taburu”.

Edebali Osman Gazi’ye; “Yiðidin iyisine deli, atýn iyisine doru derler” demiþ ve sistemi deliler üzerine kurmasýný vasiyet etmiþti.

Mantýkta da ayný kural geçerlidir:

Milli Eðitim Bakanlýðý ve vatan-millet-bayrak hassasiyeti olan özel eðitim kurumlarý bu yer üstü hazinelerinin tespiti ve deðerlendirmesi için ortak bir çalýþma ekibi oluþturmalýdýr.

2025 yýlý malum “Aile Yýlý” idi.

Ve ben Türkiye Aile Vakfý (TAV) kurulsun önerimi ýsrarla dile getirmiþtim.

Þimdi buradan bir önerimi daha kayda geçirmek istiyorum.

Türkiye Özel Çocuklar Vakfý (TÖÇVA) hemen kurulsun.

Kamu-Yerel Yönetim-STK birlikte yönetimi oluþtursun.

Ve þu yerüstü hazinelerimize sahip çýkalým.

Just as God gives a queen to the bee and a queen to the ant, He has also given nations "exceptionally gifted" people.

The issue is the identification of these "exceptionally gifted" children and their education and upbringing in special institutions, under special conditions, with special care, and by special people.

During its period of strength, the Ottoman Empire, following the will of Sheikh Edebali, built its system on two classes of people.

1. Class of Madmen: He governed the state (political, administrative, military, and political) by educating men with an IQ above 120 in the Enderun (Ottoman imperial school) and women in the Harem (Ottoman harem).

2. Class of Madmen: He trained those with an IQ below 60 in the "madmen's battalion," utilizing their physical strength and fearlessness. These were the people who delivered the famous "Ottoman slap." With their distinctive clothing and weapons, the "madmen's battalion" was the group most feared by enemy armies.

Edebali told Osman Gazi, "They call a good man a madman, and a good horse a thoroughbred," and bequeathed to him the idea of ​​building his system upon these madmen. The same rule applies in logic:

Every person is mad to the extent of their intelligence. (Küllün-nasý mecnunun Ala-kaderi ukulihim)

The Ministry of National Education and private educational institutions with a strong sense of patriotism, national identity, and national pride should form a joint working group to identify and evaluate these above-ground treasures.

2025 was designated the "Year of the Family," and I had persistently advocated for the establishment of the Turkish Family Foundation (TAV).

It wasn't established.

I did my part.

Now I would like to put another suggestion on record.

The Turkish Foundation for Special Children (TÖÇVA) should be established immediately.

It should form a joint management structure involving the public sector, local administrations, and NGOs.

And let's protect our above-ground treasures. Therefore, there is a definite truth that describes the overall picture in this text:

"Those who cannot protect their above-ground treasures cannot protect their underground treasures either."
