ELLERÝMÝZLE YAPTIÐIMIZ ALTIN KAFESLERÝMÝZ

ELLERÝMÝZLE YAPTIÐIMIZ ALTIN KAFESLERÝMÝZ

Bülbülü altýn kafese koymuþlar,

“Ah!

Her ihtiyacý veriliyor, hiçbir tehdit yok…

Bu iki örnek açýsýndan bakýldýðýnda;

Sürekli kendine “konfor alaný” oluþturmaya çalýþan insan, kendi “altýn kafesi” ni yapýp oraya kendini mahkûm eden bir zavallýdýr.

Allah kendini her gün yenileyip tazelediði (Rahman,55/29) kâinat kitabý üzerinden kendini tanýtýyor.

“Dünyada her þey zehirdir.

Kur’an rehberliðinde her yeni günde bizim için tazelenip yenilenen kâinat kitabýndan azami düzeyde istifade etmek için;

3 okuma, 2 dinleme, 1 yazma, bazen konuþmanýn, ara sýra paylaþmanýn eþliðinde “altýn kafes/konfor alaný” ndan çýkýp sürekli bir hareket halinde olmak gerekiyor.

Hicret bu sürekli hareketin adýdýr.

Yol eðitir, hicret olgunlaþtýrýr, sabýr kemale erdirir.

Sözü âlemlerin Rabbine, Allah’a býrakalým, bakýn hareketin önemini nasýl vurguluyor:

Nisa, 4/95.

Kur’an-ý Kerim hep, yatan deðil; “koþan adamlar”dan bahseder.

Adiyat suresi de özetle þunu söylüyor:

Ne mutlu o tozu dumana katarak koþturanlara,

Yazýklar olsun boþ durarak koþanlarýn tozu dumanýný yutanlara…

Our Handmade Golden Cages

They put a nightingale in a golden cage,

"Ah! Freedom!" it cried.

Yet, the "golden cage" is a complete comfort zone for the nightingale.

Everything it needs is met, there are no threats...

But the nightingale wasn't given its wings to remain in a cage...

A cage isn't necessary.

The bird named "Atlantis," which lives on the island of Atlantis in the Atlantic Ocean and takes its name from the island, has forgotten how to fly because there are no threats to it.

Because Atlantis has made the island a "golden cage."

The same goes for ships.

Harbors are the safest places, but no ship is built to wait in harbor.

Its true goal and purpose is to sail the open seas.

When viewed in terms of these two examples:

A person who constantly tries to create a "comfort zone" for themselves is a wretched person who creates their own "golden cage" and confines themselves there.

God introduces Himself through the book of the universe, which He renews and refreshes daily (Rahman, 55:29).

The Holy Quran provides guidance on how to effectively benefit from this book of the universe, which is renewed and refreshed every day.

"Now, consider the works of God's mercy! How He gives life to the earth after its death? Indeed, He is the One who gives life to the dead. For He has power over all things." Ar-Rum, 30:50.

To see the works of mercy, one must be in constant motion.

The "comfort zone/Golden cage" is the cave that a person has personally built under the guidance of the coalition of the self and Satan.

This cave is sometimes their family, sometimes their work, sometimes their career, sometimes their workplace, sometimes their circle of friends...

The examples could be multiplied...

The current consequences of this golden cage are manifesting as mental illnesses like dementia and Alzheimer's.

Just as an unused muscle wastes away (atrophy), the brain that is not actively used also atrophies and self-destructs.

For there is no waste in the universe; what is used (for which one is grateful) increases, and a great torment (Alzheimer's/dementia) awaits the unused (for which one is not grateful). (Ibrahim, 14:7)

Everything around us, including the most precious things, is like sunlight, giving life.

However, if you focus that sunlight with a lens, it burns.

"Everything in the world is poison. The important thing is the dose." (Paracelsus, 1493-1541)

For this reason, as the "medium ummah," a middle path, far removed from excess and understatement, is recommended in all matters.

To benefit maximally from the book of the universe, which is refreshed and renewed for us each day under the guidance of the Quran, we must break out of our "golden cage/comfort zone" and engage in constant movement, accompanied by three readings, two listenings, one writing, sometimes speaking, and occasionally sharing.

Hijra is the name of this constant movement.

The path educates, hijra matures, and patience perfects.

Let's leave the final sentence to God, the Lord of the worlds. See how He emphasizes the importance of movement:

“Those of the believers who sit down without any obstacle and who strive in the path of Allah with their wealth and their lives are never equal. Allah has ranked those who strive with their wealth and their lives above those who sit down. And Allah has promised them all the best of rewards. And Allah has preferred the ones who strive with a great reward over those who sit down.” An-Nisa, 4:95.

The Quran always speaks of “those who run,” not those who lie down.

Surah Adiyat summarizes this:

“Blessed are those who run, raising the dust in their voices!

“Woe to those who swallow the dust and smoke of those who run idly.”
